Their role will be to connect and build relationships with the current customers they are assigned, assist the Account Executive with expansion opportunities, and complete updated contracts/extensions. We are looking for a people-person that can build strong relationships in order to help the company retain clients. Job Description
Under the supervision of the Senior Account Manager, Account Manager will support Account Executives with Sales efforts, customer support, and contact. The incumbent ensures that the assigned team is utilizing every avenue available to gain and retain clients.
• Responsible for generating sales among existing client accounts ("expansion opportunities")
• Acts as the primary point of contact for the assigned book of business
• Responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with assigned book of business to understand their needs, potential and to explain product value
• Assists with forecasting and client account metrics and reports
• Acts as the client-facing J. Joseph brand ambassador
• Coordinates and communicates with internal stakeholders assigned to the same client to ensure consistent exceptional service delivery
• Maintains CRM records for the assigned book of business
• Adhere to JJC’s best practices
• Responsible for client issue resolution and escalation when appropriate. Leads weekly open issues meeting and updates notes accordingly
• Stays In constant contact with business unit leaders in order to keep upper management awareof any client escalations that requires them to be involved
• Create and update Client A-Z Presentation to be presented to CEO and upper management on a quarterly basis
• Work with CEO and CFO to manage contract renewals and expirations. Contacting client(s) to discuss renewal and creating and finalizing new agreement(s) when necessary
